Funniest kid to skate with, Steve just chills, gets "low" and shreds around doing his random, fun little tricks that are hard to understand.

I'll try to post these little edits up as often as I can. But don't expect anything once a week...

Welcome to the team, Cory!

There is a new kid on the block! Cory Traynor has been coming up in the Falls as a promising, quick learning skater with a big bag of tricks that only gets bigger. I first met Cory back at the Antigravity Christmas Party at Hooters. He was sitting at the kiddy table!

Anyways, now that this warm weather is upon us, I'll stop by the skatepark, and I always see him there, skating around and landing all the tricks he goes for. He will be a great addition to the Antigravity Family.

Injuries again, and some photos from being immobilized

It's happened again. I am plagued with another knee injury. This time it was a "shinner" style incident with the board popping up and smoking my knee. This happened about 2 days ago, and it still hurts to do anything. I think I may have chipped the bone or something. All I know is that it is swollen quite large, and hasn't gone down in size.

Luckily, the bright side of this injury means that since I haven't been skating, I have been able to take more time to shoot photos. These were taken the other day at the skatepark. It hurt like hell to walk to around and set up the flashes, then walk to where I wanted to shoot the pics, but I got through it.

Everyone landed a bunch of tricks and it was fun solid day. Hopefully I'll be on a board by the end of the week.

The daily grind

Well, today was like any other day. Skated with some friends, had some fun, got my board destroyed by some asshole running over it. Yeah, I'm over it. Don't worry, I'm not gunna go on a rant about this asshole.

Anyways, we were skating this spot, and I was about to shoot some pics, but we got booted. We ended up at the skatepark, and since we don't get booted from there, I just decided to make the best of it and shoot some pics. Here are the shots I took tonight.

Pic 1 is of my homie Nate Jolley doin a steezy back smith. He just learnt these tonight, and officially has them on lock because Nate is an Asshole like that. The second shot is of Dyllan Nykyforak doing a front 5050. This is normally a warm up, but considering it was pitch black out, and blinding flashes were in his face, he still pulled it first try. The last pic is of Nate Jolley again doing a front feeb. I wanted to try some different styles of lighting, so I put my flashes in a random spot and that's how it turned out. I kinda like it.

A few issues....

Ok, well, to start off, I have been having a bunch of issues trying to upload some videos that Steve Bureau and myself have made. They are just fun little edits that we make from filming at the skatepark during the day. They are posted on my facebook, but, not everybody has facebook (yes, everybody has facebook, I just want to post them on here).

It seems strange, I have been doing so much filming lately, I haven't shot any photos with this great weather. I think I need to change that around. 

Anyways, I'll keep trying to upload the videos until I get atleast one up, without resorting to the super-good quality of youtube.

I'm back

sorry about that guys. Nothing much has happened in the recent days. The only thing big was the premier for the AGK video "Butter on my Bread".
